SYSTÈME D’ARCHIVAGE, E-GOVERNMENT

Les archives d’un pays facilitent la compréhension de son histoire, sa culture son identité, grâce aux documents qu’elles contiennent. Il s’agit d’un outil important pour la préservation du patrimoine national et pour la comptabilité. La modernisation du système d’archivage d’un pays est d’une importance vitale. Avec le système analogique, il y a perte de données et d’informations en raison de la détérioration. Les secteurs public et privé se tournent vers les différentes technologies pour simplifier leurs procédures, traiter instantanément leurs informations et sécuriser leurs données.

Le Président de la République a promulgué la loi nº2024/001 du 24 juillet 2024 régissant les archives au Cameroun. Dans l’implémentation de cette loi, le Premier Ministre Chef du Gouvernement a prescrit une enquête de terrain à mener auprès des acteurs de l’e-government.

C’était lors de la célébration de la semaine Internationale des Archives en 2023 sous le thème “Enrichir les sociétés de savoir : E-government et système d’archivage au Cameroun”. Il a donné des directives précises notamment au MINAC et au MINPOSTEL pour ce qui concerne les infrastructures nécessaires au déploiement de l’archivage électronique dans le système national d’archivage.

C’est dans cette optique que le Ministre des Arts et de la Culture et son homologue le Ministre des Postes et Télécommunications ont présidé dans la salle de convivialité du Musée National du Cameroun la cérémonie de lancement des activités du groupe de travail interministériel chargé de la conduite des enquêtes de terrain auprès des acteurs de l’e-government au Cameroun. Les Ministres étaient accompagnés de M. MOHAMADOU SAOUDI: SG/MINPOSTEL , Le Prof. Nkene Blaise Jacques , SG/MINAC, les représentants de plusieurs administrations publiques (membre des comités) et les invités.

Bringing in icons particularly from Nollywood: Zack Orji was particularly in attendance this year.In it’s custom, the Ministry of Arts and Culture spared no efforts in its usual accompaniment and amongst other things, had the Secretary General of MINAC represent the Minister. In attendance from the 21-26 April 2025, were other administrative, political, religious and traditional authorities. Members of the diplomatic corps were not left out of the list.This 9th edition was particularly marked by the inauguration of the multimillion WALL OF FAME ( a display of Photos and bios, awards, trophies, or recognition of achievements, memorable moments or milestones aimed to inspire, motivate, and celebrate success, recognize achievement and preserve history) and the unveiling of the headstone in honor of the Minister of Arts and Culture.A symposium with well experienced panelists drilled participants on some insights into the Cinematography industry. A cultural evening to showcase the rich cultural landscape of Cameroon was on the agenda and courtesy visits to administrative authorities constituted activities that marked this year’s edition.The government applauded the collaboration with the neighboring Nollywood industry, their interest and input in the Cameroon cinema industry. It also reaffirmed it’s commitment to standing by the promoters of CAMIFF and lovers of cinema to achieve the dream of taking this arts to world standard.

A workshop on the validation of the 2026-2028 strategic performance, the actualisation of the logical framework for programs and the upgrading of the levels of members of the planning, programming, budgeting and follow up chain at MINAC.The workshop which took place from the 14-15 of April 2025 at the UNESCO headquaters in Yaounde, enabled the members of this chain to align themselves to the recommendations of the ministry of finance on the nature of the programming of their activities.
